QA/QC Manager responsible for on-site quality assurance and quality control across industrial project sites. Leads the project QA/QC organization, manages inspections, deviations, and compliance with specifications and client expectations. Develops and maintains QA/QC plans, coordinates inspections and audits, writes ITPs, handles NCRs, and ensures transparent quality reporting throughout the project lifecycle. Occasional travel to various job sites across Finland is required, with work mainly on project sites.

- Collaborate with clients, contractors, suppliers and commissioning teams
Requirements
- Proven experience in quality assurance and quality control on industrial projects
- Strong background in delivery control
- Experience with ITPs and NCRs
- Excellent documentation, reporting and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and lead QA/QC teams on-site
- Technical background suitable for project work in Finnish and English
