Planner, Project Budgeting

We are seeking a planning professional for the financial and real estate services within Lapin korkeakoulukonserni (LUC) for a fixed-term position in the hanketalouden team. The role involves budget and activity monitoring, analysis and reporting for project staff, guiding project actors on financial and reimbursement matters, sales invoicing, purchases and travel cost controls, updating financial data in information systems, preparing financial reports and reimbursement applications, compiling project documents and archiving according to guidelines, and other tasks assigned by the employer. The employment relationship is with the University of Lapland. The workplace will be Rovaniemii or Kemi according to a separate agreement.
