Customer Advisor

We have over 14,000 key contributors in nearly 400 locations across Finland. We are now looking for a Customer Advisor in Espoo. What does the work of a customer advisor involve? As a customer advisor at various locations in Espoo, you will perform diverse customer service tasks and utilize and grow your expertise in customer service. Tasks consist of various customer service duties, customer bookings, payments, customer guidance, office work, and helping internal customers. Our customer base is very broad and diverse, including private customers, occupational health customers, and insurance and sickness fund customers. Espoo also has a pediatric station, an accident clinic, and some locations have a dental side, where we use two different patient systems. You will be supported by a diverse, warm work community and skilled colleagues. We have good and comprehensive training opportunities at Terveystalo. We are now seeking a customer advisor for Espoo locations for a fixed-term and full-time parental leave substitute. The substitution lasts until April 15, 2027. Start date according to agreement. The work is two-shift work, working hours are between 7:15 and 20:15 on weekdays, and some stations are also open on weekends.
