Food Market Salesperson

Primary location: JYVÄSKYLÄ We are currently looking for a FOOD MARKET SALESPERSON for the Prisma Seppälä team. The position is permanent and part-time (28h/week). Responsibilities include, among other things, handling high-quality and diverse raw materials such as meat and fish, selling products and maintaining the sales counter, advising customers on the preparation of raw materials, and recommending meal combinations. Even on the busiest workdays, you will be supported by the entire team and Sales Manager Juuso. To succeed in this position, you need: previous experience in retail or restaurant industry roles passion for food and high-quality raw materials a genuine desire to serve customers with quality in every interaction an energetic and positive attitude towards work and the ability to take responsibility the skill to serve customers fluently in Finnish a willingness to work flexibly in different shifts – we serve customers during extensive opening hours You will be supported by the top team at Prisma Seppälä, who will provide you with a thorough orientation in your duties. Salary is based on the retail sector collective agreement and, depending on years of experience, is €10.89 - €14.57/h + evening and weekend bonuses. You will have the opportunity for a performance bonus of up to 1.5 euros per hour worked.
