Tiileri is a domestic family business that has manufactured fired bricks and fireplace packages for over 70 years. Its fireplace collection is one of the most extensive in Finland, including flue solutions and installation services. The company's story began as a business run by five brothers who manufactured clay drainage pipes. To this day, Tiileri has supplied bricks and fireplaces to several generations of builders. The company employs over a hundred people across Finland. Tiileri is a brand familiar to many builders, representing a safe domestic choice. We are looking for a FIELD MANAGER for a permanent position at TIILERI. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling masonry work and the overall management of masonry operations. Your duties also include supporting sales and masons, as well as handling claims related to the work. - In your work, you must be proficient in our entire product range of fireplaces and flues, particularly regarding flue installation. You can assist house factories in building fireplace concepts. - It is essential to be familiar with official regulations and implement them. - You will participate in supplier meetings. - A key part of your role is to be responsible for the profitability of the masonry side and monitor it monthly. - You support sales from the quoting stage and visit installation sites when necessary. Similarly, you support masons with your expertise as needed. - Recruiting new masons is part of your job description. - You get along with different types of people and remain calm even in difficult situations. Your education can be any construction-related degree, and you possess the aforementioned skills. Your workplace can be located in Vantaa, Tarvasjoki, Turku, or Tampere.
