We are looking for a goal-oriented B2B sales representative to sell security solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises in Finland. In this role, you will sell solutions that help companies secure their personnel, property, and business operations, contributing to a safer everyday life for customers and gaining strong expertise in one of Finland's most stable industries. Your tasks will include acquiring new business customers and selling security solutions to SMEs. The work combines active new customer acquisition and handling inbound inquiries. You will discuss with decision-makers, assess their needs, and offer solutions with real value for their business. The role involves: new customer acquisition, assessing customer security needs, selling security solutions via phone, handling inbound requests, closing offers and deals, and building long-term customer relationships. All sales are conducted over the phone, so success depends on activity, quality conversations, and trust-building skills. The role suits those with experience in B2B sales, new customer acquisition, or goal-oriented customer work. You enjoy targets and results, can identify customer needs, and are confident in making calls and closing deals. Security industry experience is not required. Sales techniques can be trained, and understanding customer business can be learned. The company offers the chance to work with a well-known Finnish security brand in a market with continuous demand.
