As Customer Supervisor you will be involved in daily client work and act as an active developer with a multidisciplinary team. Your duties include developing operations and planned execution, monitoring and evaluating unit goals. You ensure the operating method that supports functional capacity is implemented in residents' daily life. Your tasks include guiding, onboarding and ensuring competence of employees and students. You will act as a partner to the supervisor and as a substitute. The work emphasizes weekday mornings, but also includes evening and weekend shifts. We have functional and bright facilities. The senior centre gym is available for free during open gym hours. The library branch offers a good selection of new books and self-service machines. In Amoroso restaurant you can have a tasty lunch daily for staff price 8.80 € (with ePassi). You can enjoy Tauko gallery exhibitions and the centre's diverse cultural events with residents. Travel to Myllypuron senior centre is easy by metro and bus lines 560, 554 and 54. The contract starts 7.9.2026 or as agreed and may continue to 1.1.2027. Qualifications: Social Welfare Professional Act 817/2015 requires a degree suitable for social work (e.g., social services student, gerontologist or rehabilitation educator) or a nursing/health degree or earlier social/healthcare college degree. The position requires registration in the professional register of the Supervisory Authority. Finnish language proficiency is required in speaking and writing. Before starting, you must provide a certificate of no criminal background for working with older people. The job requires vaccination against contagious diseases and tuberculin testing. Before taking up the position, you must provide a police record as required by law on background checks for working with elderly persons.
