We are looking for Security Operators to join our in-house security team at our Helsinki monitoring centre. The job is to work as a Operator in the global Security Operations Centre. Role Description As a Security Control Centre Operator, you will be responsible for the first-response handling of all security incidents and deviations across the Group operations, as well as the continuous monitoring of all security technology systems including alarm systems, CCTV, and access control from our Helsinki monitoring centre. You will work closely with field personnel, management, and external authorities to ensure rapid and professional response to any security event. This is a full-time, on-site position with continuous three-shift rotation, including weekend shifts. Remote or hybrid working arrangements are not available for this role. What We Expect from You - Clean criminal and credit background (security clearance and credit check will be performed as a condition of employment) - Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Applications must be submitted in English - Good command of Finnish; additional languages are an asset (Spanish, French and German are bonuses) - Solid ability to remain calm and exercise sound judgment under pressure - Experience in private or governmental security, alarm monitoring, or a related field is required - Familiarity with security technology systems (alarm technology, CCTV, access control) required - Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends What We Offer - A meaningful role at the heart of our security operations - Comprehensive onboarding and training on our systems and procedures - Competitive basic salary above the security sector collective agreement, plus applicable shift allowances (salary range 2800-3200 €/month) Application period and start date The application period ends on 17.8.2026.
