Sales Assistant

We are looking for a service-oriented problem solver who loves pace and busy store floors to join our department store team in Enköping. The job is fast-paced and varied: at the till, on the shelves, and in campaigns you create the customer experience, greet customers with a smile, keep the store neat and stocked, and inspire shoppers. You don’t need to know everything from day one—we will teach you. We value someone who enjoys talking to people, handles pressure with a can-do attitude, can work mornings, days, evenings and weekends, and brings positive energy to the team. Prior retail experience is welcome but not required; the most important thing is the right attitude. You will participate in an initial chat interview via a chatbot, followed by a short service-related test, an on-site interview, and reference/background checks if moving forward.
