Osuuskauppa Arina is seeking a marketing manager for the tourism and catering sectors to lead marketing for hotels, restaurants, Oulu SuperPark and events in a roughly one-year temporary position. The role starts by agreement, but no later than January 1, 2027. You will be responsible for overall marketing of Arina’s hotels, restaurants, Oulu SuperPark and events to support business, grow the value delivered to customer-owners, and strengthen Arina’s position as an attractive provider of travel, restaurant and leisure services in Northern Finland. Lead marketing with a data-informed approach and collaborate closely with business leadership, supervisors, chain organizations, partners and Arina’s marketing and communications team. The position requires a suitable university degree, at least five years of experience in marketing as a specialist or in a leadership role, excellent Finnish language skills and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Tourism and catering knowledge is a plus. Key responsibilities include planning and developing sector marketing and leading campaigns, content, event marketing and annual cycle execution across national campaigns regionally; developing digital presence and web content in key channels; monitoring results, impact and marketing investments and reporting to management; mentoring site supervisors, prioritizing the marketing team’s work and building collaboration with regional partners, influencers and other sector players. Work location is in Oulu with partial hybrid work.
