LVI unit seeks to recruit an LVIA engineer. The LVIA engineer's tasks include planning LVIA and automation systems, planning energy and lifecycle design, and acting as an expert within Espoon city organization for other units. Tasks range from small repair projects to basic renovations and large-scale city-wide projects. Most facilities are schools and kindergartens; others are sports, culture, and citizen-service facilities. The role especially includes guidance on building energy and lifecycle design, and developing Tilapalvelut's energy, lifecycle and environmental targets in the owner's interest. We will consider all applications received during the application period. The job title and address: LVIA engineering, Tekniikantie 15, Espoo 20150. Working time: 36.25 hours/week. Permanent position. Qualifications: A degree in LVIA engineering or related field from a technical university, university, polytechnic. At least 5 years of LVIA design experience, energy and lifecycle design experience, construction and/or supervision. Significant portion of work is design guidance, so experience in LVIA-, energy-, and/or lifecycle-design is a key factor. Applicants must have excellent Finnish language skills, initiative, good customer service and interpersonal skills, and at least a B driving license. Travel to sites/worksites required. Some shared cars are available for site visits, so owning a car is not required.
