NORMAL is seeking a Store Manager for their Kaakkurinkulma store in Oulu. This is a fixed-term position as a parental leave substitute, estimated to last until the end of 2027. As a Store Manager, you are responsible for the store's success and the customer experience. You will lead your team with inspiration and continuously develop the store. You should be hardworking, detail-oriented (especially regarding product displays), and possess a strong customer-centric and entrepreneurial spirit. The ability to lead a team positively and work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment is essential. Proficiency in both Finnish and English is required. You will also actively participate in developing and optimizing NORMAL's unique business concept.
