As a Parts Advisor in Zwolle, you are responsible for managing and optimizing the parts flow within the workshop and at the counter. You order and receive parts, provide mechanics with the right items in time, and advise customers on the sale of parts. In addition, you ensure accurate purchasing administration and take on reception tasks. You signal improvement opportunities in processes and actively contribute to an efficient and customer-oriented working environment. As an involved Parts Advisor, you are the right person for this. Furthermore, you are involved in: • Managing the parts inventory, including placing and processing purchase orders and receiving deliveries; • Supporting mechanics and customers by making parts and accessories available in a timely and accurate manner; • Processing administrative tasks, such as purchase and inventory administration, using automated systems and Excel; • Advising customers at the counter about parts, with a commercial and customer-oriented attitude; • Contributing to process improvements and team goals by working efficiently and flexibly in collaboration with colleagues. About the Scania Central Delivery Center The Customer Delivery Center (CDC) is the place where new Scania trucks are prepared for delivery to the customer. After a vehicle leaves the factory, it is not immediately 'ready for the road'. In the CDC, all the final steps are carried out to ensure that every truck fully meets the wishes of the customer. The goal of the CDC is to shorten the lead time between production and delivery, work smarter and more consistently, and be able to serve customers faster.
