HVAC Store Sales Assistant

Ahlsell seeks an active store salesperson to join the Ahlsell sales team in Hämeenlinna. If you have experience in sales, customer service, and possibly knowledge of HVAC products, this role could be for you. As a store salesperson you ensure high quality customer service and presentation of product features. Your work includes receiving goods, shelving, inventory, shelf labeling, and neat displays. You will ensure the right assortment and availability in collaboration with the store manager and the rest of the team, and, when needed, place orders to the central warehouse for customers and store replenishment. You also handle the introduction of new products and campaigns and participate in unit campaigns, events and customer gatherings. The desired traits include a positive attitude, good communication, customer orientation, proactive and sales-minded mindset, strong interpersonal skills and composure in customer situations. You should be proactive, persistent and able to take responsibility, with an interest in learning and developing the store. Required skills include knowledge of HVAC products; basic construction or other technical trade experience is advantageous; customer service and sales experience; good IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly; fluent Finnish oral and written; Swedish and English are an advantage.
