Asset Manager till Liljeholmstorget Galleria: You will work in a business-driven and dynamic role where you have overall responsibility for one of the region’s most vibrant shopping places. Are you a strategic leader with strong business sense who also enjoys being close to the operation? Then this could be your next challenge. In the role as Asset Manager you have overall responsibility for the operation, commercial development and results for the centre. You work both strategically and operationally with a focus on maximizing revenues, enhancing the customer experience and developing the property’s long-term value. You lead the local centre team and collaborate closely with leasing, marketing, development and technology. The role entails a high degree of ownership where you drive the business forward through analysis, initiative and clear leadership. A sample of your responsibilities: Business and results responsibility: Full P&L responsibility for the centre including budgets, forecasts and follow-up; Drive revenue growth and cost efficiency in line with the business plan; Analyze KPIs and translate insights into concrete improvement actions; Responsible for the centre’s results and impact on property value. Operational leadership: Lead and develop the local centre team; Ensure high operational quality in daily operations; Be a visible and engaged leader who creates motivation and results; Represent the centre in relations with tenants, partners and the local community. Commercial development: Optimise tenant mix together with Leasing Manager; Follow up tenants’ performance and take action when needed; Contribute to and approve marketing plans with the marketing team; Develop customer experience and strengthen the centre’s attractiveness. External environment and brand: Act as ambassador for Citycon and the centre; Build relationships with local actors, authorities and media; Actively work to increase footfall and strengthen the brand. We think you have: Academic education in economics, real estate or equivalent; At least 5 years’ experience from commercial property management, retail or similar; Documented experience of responsibility for results; Strong business understanding and good analytical ability; Experience of leading teams and creating engagement; Very good knowledge of Swedish and English in speaking and writing; Good computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc). To succeed you are a confident and inspiring leader who makes others perform their best; Business-driven and results-oriented with a strong internal drive; Strategic but also practical – you roll up your sleeves when needed; Analytical and solution-oriented with the ability to see the whole; Relationship-building and communicative with high integrity; Flexible and adaptable in a changing environment.
