About the role

Join our product team TryHackMe helps millions of people go from cybersecurity beginner to job ready through hands on, gamified learning. Today more than 8 million users use TryHackMe to build real cybersecurity skills. We\'re hiring a Growth Product Designer to shape the experience that turns new signups into habitual learners and, eventually, paying customers. You\'ll design the systems that guide users from their first click through their first returning session to their first paid decision, working end to end from discovery through shipped experiment. The Role You\'ll partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers across teams working on the core B2C user experience, particularly in activation and monetisation, including onboarding flows, paywalls, and in-product conversion touch points, tuned to where a user actually is in their first weeks rather than a single fixed moment. Design and run data driven experiments on activation, multi day return, and conversion across learner segments, rapidly prototyping, A/B testing, and iterating with cross functional partners based on hypotheses and evidence Help shape squad strategy alongside the PM, Engineering, and Data Translate behavioural data, room and path analytics, and user feedback into design solutions that reduce friction and drive confident decisions to return and eventually subscribe Conduct user research and usability tests to uncover friction in onboarding, path selection, and paywall moments, turning insights into design iterations and new experiment ideas Collaborate with Content Design on rooms, feature descriptions, and conversion messaging that stays jargon light for people new to cybersecurity Establish activation and monetisation design standards that blend seamlessly into the core learning experience Communicate design vision and rationale clearly, influencing stakeholders including the CEO and Head of Product Integrate AI and emerging technologies to accelerate validation, discovery, and prototyping What We Value in Designers Great designers at TryHackMe combine strong product thinking with speed and ownership.
