Installation Supervisor

We are seeking an Installation Work Supervisor for mechanical installation projects of tanks, thermal batteries, process equipment and other steel structures. The role is strongly site-focused: you will lead on-site tank construction projects in Finland and abroad (e.g., Sweden and Norway). You are responsible for the smooth progress of sites, schedules, quality and safety. In addition to supervision and managerial duties, duties include coordinating NDT inspections and lifts, directing subcontractors, and collaborating with the client and project organization. We expect: experience in industrial site supervision or supervisory roles; installation experience of steel structures; welding experience and ability to read drawings; willingness to travel and work on assignments; Finnish plus English and/or Swedish; you thrive if you are proactive, organized, and socially adept, able to make decisions on-site and keep projects on schedule and within budget.
