We are looking for an experienced and driven Operations / Site Manager who wants to take full ownership of a site, while at the same time playing a key role in developing both operations and customer relationships. About the role As Operations / Site Manager, you have end-to-end responsibility for our site in Baden – covering operational delivery, team leadership, customer collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will lead a skilled team and ensure that we deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality maintenance services, while also working closely with the customer to develop the site and identify improvement opportunities. In addition to running daily operations, you are expected to actively contribute to the site’s long-term development, including shaping the future Site Strategy and driving improvements in both processes and ways of working. You are part of Quant’s global operations network and play an important role in ensuring alignment with our broader operational excellence agenda. Your key responsibilities - Take full ownership of site performance, including safety, delivery, quality, and efficiency - Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team of technicians, specialists, and support functions - Drive continuous improvement initiatives and strengthen maintenance processes - Act as a key interface towards the customer, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities for development and added value - Ensure effective planning and execution of all maintenance activities in collaboration with planners and partners - Make informed resource and sourcing decisions (e.g. make-or-buy, subcontractor management) - Lead operational routines such as daily and weekly performance meetings - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements - Drive competence development and capability building within the team - Secure high-quality data, analysis, and reporting (CMMS / ERP) - Contribute to and support investment, optimization, and development projects - Manage and develop relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and OEMs - Contribute to shaping and executing the future Site Strategy Who you are You are a strong and credible leader who combines operational drive with a business-oriented mindset.
