Jorvi Hospital's surgical outpatient clinics are now seeking a registered nurse for a permanent position. A renewing work environment – an opportunity to grow into a multi-specialist The Abdominal Center has begun its "magnet journey," and nursing is moving increasingly toward an evidence-based direction. What is the work like with us? Our unit treats patient groups in abdominal surgery, endocrine surgery, and plastic surgery. As a registered nurse, your task is to provide safe and high-quality patient care. In the outpatient teams, high-quality nursing is realized through individual patient encounters, support, and guidance. In your work, you will be able to influence the development of nursing, the quality of nursing, and the implementation of evidence-based operating models into everyday nursing. In the outpatient clinics, you will operate independently in the role of a registered nurse in the planning of surgical care, with a multidisciplinary team supporting you. Duties include assessing patients' eligibility for surgery, providing advice and guidance, and assisting in minor procedures. The work consists of day shifts. Why join us? Salary: The position-specific salary is €3024.27/month + experience and other bonuses. The salary increases as expertise and the demanding nature of the tasks grow. Eligibility requirements: Licensed registered nurse. Language requirements: good oral and written skills in Finnish and satisfactory oral and written skills in Swedish, or good oral and written skills in Swedish and satisfactory oral and written skills in Finnish. We require vaccination protection in accordance with the Communicable Diseases Act for those working in customer and patient areas, and a health statement regarding pulmonary tuberculosis for those working in healthcare units.
