Reception Manager

Join us in building a unique experience in the embrace of Pallastunturi. Kelo Resort is preparing to open for the second winter season in December 2026. The resort will welcome guests from 1 December 2026, and our staff will begin orientation and season preparation already in November. Our first season laid a solid foundation, and now we want to develop our operations to be even smoother, higher quality, and more immersive. We are now seeking an experienced Reception Manager to lead the daily operations of the reception and ensure a first-class guest experience from the moment guests arrive. As Reception Manager, you will be responsible for the reception’s operational activities, service quality, and leading the reception team. Your duties include: overseeing daily reception operations; planning shifts and onboarding for the reception team; ensuring smooth check-in and check-out; monitoring bookings and collaborating with Sales; handling guest feedback with the team; supervising billing and payment processes; coordinating with other departments to ensure a holistic guest experience. We expect: previous experience in hotel reception; MEWS hotel management system knowledge; experience in supervisory roles; strong customer service skills; organizational skills and accuracy; the ability to lead a team during peak season and remember this promise in busy times; fluent English (other languages are a plus); driving license and own car would be good; experience in Lapland tourism is advantageous.
