We are looking for a tow truck driver for Jyväskylä region. Do you want a job where days are not alike and you can truly help people when they need assistance? We seek a customer‑oriented and proactive tow truck driver who handles diverse situations calmly and professionally. Your day will consist of a range of towing and road assistance tasks in the Jyväskylä area, including day and evening shifts and on‑call hours in the evenings and weekends. Start date is immediate or by agreement. You may be the right person if you have at least a C-class driving license, know the Jyväskylä area well, have knowledge of automotive technology, enjoy customer service and communicate well with people, can work independently and make decisions in changing situations, are comfortable with on‑call and on dm duty, have prior experience as a tow truck driver or vehicle technician, and live in or near Jyväskylä to enable smooth on‑call shifts. In this role, technical skills matter, but so does how you meet the customer. Being left on the roadside is often unexpected and stressful for the customer. Our task is to take control of the situation, find a working solution, and help the customer continue their journey as smoothly as possible. If the professional qualification for drivers is missing, the role may be realized as an apprenticeship under certain conditions.
