We are seeking CNC machinists for the Pori region. The role involves operating and supervising CNC machines, changing parts, measuring, and quality assurance. The factory uses a modern FMS production system about 60 metres long with 100 machining pallets. You may work on one or more machines at once, with additional pay for multi-machine operation. Work is performed in a five-shift system: two morning shifts, two evening shifts, two night shifts, followed by four days off. Minimum pay is 16€ per hour and rises with skill and experience; with TES allowances earnings can exceed 20€ per hour from the start. This is a permanent, long-term position. Requirements include CNC machining experience (Fanuc, Mazatrol); relevant field education is beneficial; proficiency with metrology instruments; precise and responsible work attitude; positive mindset and willingness to learn; willingness to work in shifts; Finnish or English language skills.
