Sinhala Interpreter (Finnish - Sinhala)

Suomen Tulkkauspalvelu is a company providing interpreting and translation services. We serve businesses, the public sector and private customers. Due to growing demand, we are looking for skilled Sinhala interpreters. **Tasks** You will work as an interpreter between Finnish and Sinhala in a variety of customer-service, business and official-authority situations. Interpreting is carried out in person, by telephone or remotely. **We require** - Excellent Finnish and Sinhala skills - Compliance with the professional ethics of interpreters and the duty of confidentiality - Reliability and flexibility with schedules **Considered an advantage** - Experience in legal, healthcare or public-authority interpreting - An interpreter qualification (for example, a vocational qualification in community interpreting, or a university of applied sciences or university degree in interpreting) - Membership in the Register of Legal Interpreters - Knowledge of other languages **We offer** Freelance assignments, flexible working hours, varied tasks, support and orientation.
