Project Specialist

As a Project Specialist, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary RDI community. You will participate in preparing, implementing, coordinating and reporting on national and international research and development projects. The work combines research, development, international cooperation, workplace networks and promoting impact. You will also operate at the interface of teaching, research and working-life cooperation. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU - You have a relevant master’s degree in health sciences. - The role requires experience in preparing, implementing and reporting on national and international projects. - You need strong research and development skills and the ability to connect RDI activities with teaching. - We expect you to have national and international networks. - You have good Finnish and fluent English skills and are ready for international cooperation. - The role calls for good communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work independently and proactively. - You are a team player. Sharing your expertise, using digital tools and developing activities motivate and energise you. We particularly value - Expertise in promoting mental health and psychological wellbeing. - Experience with development and research projects promoting mental wellbeing among vulnerable groups, such as immigrants, children, young people or older people. - Experience cooperating with wellbeing services counties. - Strong experience in EU-funded projects and international research consortia. - Evidence of scientific writing, publishing and disseminating research findings. - Postgraduate studies. - Experience working in higher education, teacher pedagogical studies and teaching experience.
