Task: You will work as part of Varha's disability services in Paimio's daytime activities. The unit is located in the rehabilitation center premises on Myllyojantie, Paimio. The work is a daytime weekday role, emphasizing individualized client interaction and holistic well-being support. You will be part of a five-person team. As a guider you will, according to the core task, take care of clients' daily basic well-being, guidance, and individual needs according to a shared plan. You participate in drafting, implementing, and monitoring the service plan together with the client, their relatives, and your work group. You implement client’s health care according to the medication plan. The work involves close collaboration with other staff and the clients' local network.
