Job Description
Join us in creating your life story at Validia. We are currently hiring a practical nurse for Haapaniemi Validia House. We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic practical nurse to join our professional team. Your work experience may include disability services as well as mental health and substance abuse work. Completion of LOVe exams (or other similar medication training) or the ability to complete them immediately at the start of employment is considered an advantage. The work is performed in 3-shift rotation. Haapaniemi Validia House is a 16-place MONA residential unit. Multidisciplinary supported housing is intended for clients with significant activity limitations and challenges, which may relate to sensory regulation, impulse sensitivity, and social interaction. Our clients may also have substance abuse and mental health issues. The core of the service is community activities aimed at practicing social skills, strengthening life skills, discovering resources and strengths, and achieving goals.
