Quant has its headquarters in Stockholm and operates globally in about 60 facilities with around 1700 employees. We are now seeking a Maintenance Engineer/Project Manager for Ludvika. As a project manager you will work on maintenance projects such as change, development and investment projects. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, driving and following up the work within your projects. Responsibilities include: bidding various types of projects; leading, structuring and planning project execution with other functions; leading investigations, analyses, feasibility studies and implementations; working with continuous improvements, safety, quality and customer focus. About you: you have an engineering degree in a technical field, or equivalent competence and experience. You have at least three years of project management experience; certification is a plus. You are proactive, with a positive attitude, enjoy making new contacts and spotting improvement opportunities. You can work independently but also collaborate and energize a group. You are a team player with integrity and a commitment to achieving goals. To thrive here you should be self-driven and engaged, diligent, service-minded and customer-focused, and set a good example for safety. Your ability to communicate is important as we work closely with the customer. You master Swedish and English in speech and writing.
