Earthworks for autumn 2026 are awaiting a worker – earthworks worker for Pirkanmaa! We are looking for an experienced earthworks worker for our client's construction sites in the Pirkanmaa region! Your duties will include, among other things, the installation of storm water, drainage, and wastewater pipes, installation of wells, creation of crushed stone and sand bases, and other versatile earthworks in cooperation with the excavator operator. We expect from you: * previous experience in earthworks * ability to use a laser level * a brisk and proactive work ethic * a valid occupational safety card Work begins as agreed immediately or later during the autumn. The work sites are located throughout Pirkanmaa, and work is available as long as weather conditions permit. A high-performing worker has the opportunity to continue through the winter season also in house construction tasks. Working hours are generally Mon–Fri 7:00–15:30. Salary is determined according to the infrastructure sector's collective agreement (TES) considering your experience, approximately 14.66–18.17 €/h + TES additions. Interested?
