We are looking for an early childhood education childcare worker or children's instructor for Päiväkoti Tiitiäinen for a fixed-term employment period from 31.8.2026 to 22.12.2026. Our play-oriented daycare center has 7 children's groups, two of which are pre-primary education groups. It is important to us that every day for the child is safe and offers various experiences and feelings of success for both children and employees. We invest in a positive and encouraging atmosphere where every "Tiitiäinen" has the opportunity to be heard, understood, and accepted as themselves. In addition to high-quality early childhood education, we offer a stimulating environment where the child can grow and learn holistically through play. Play is a child's natural way of learning. It is exploring, realizing, experimenting, as well as joy and adventure. Play develops thinking skills, problem-solving skills, language, and creativity. While playing, the child also learns social skills, emotional regulation, empathy, cooperation, and rules. As educators, we immerse ourselves in the world of play, observe and support children's play, and help the child in forming friendships and ensuring play goes smoothly.
