Senior Dispatcher/ Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a Senior Dispatcher in Pirkkala to be responsible for the daily operational management of pickup and delivery production in the Pirkanmaa region. In this role, you are at the centre of operations. You ensure that transports proceed as planned, resolve disruptions, direct daily operations, and make sure our customers’ shipments arrive safely, on time, and with high quality. This is not just a dispatching role. We are looking for someone who wants to take responsibility, make decisions, and develop operations together with drivers, the terminal, and our partners. What will you do? - Direct the daily operations of pickup and delivery production in Pirkanmaa. - Coordinate transport resources and partners. - Resolve rapidly changing operational situations. - Ensure service quality and efficiency. - Develop working methods and processes. - Use data and performance indicators to support decision-making. - Ensure a safe working environment in daily operations and compliance with PostNord’s occupational safety practices. You will succeed in this role if you - have experience in logistics, transportation, or operational management; - can prioritize and make decisions under pressure; - can keep things under control in changing situations; - enjoy working with different kinds of people; and - are willing to take responsibility and move things forward.
