Do you want to do meaningful work flexibly according to your own schedule? Join the Onni team to perform important and customer-oriented work as a personal assistant with a framework agreement. We are seeking personal assistants for the Onni framework in South Savo, specifically in the Savonlinna and Mikkeli areas. As a personal assistant, you will support our clients in daily chores and leisure activities. The persons being assisted require help due to illness or injury, and the tasks are always determined by the client's individual need for assistance. Work may include household chores, running errands, outdoor activities, and other activities that support daily life. We value experience in assisting clients on the autism spectrum. A driver's license and access to a private car are prerequisites for the work. What does a framework agreement mean at Onni? A framework agreement enables gig-based work without commitment to a specific number of hours. Shifts are offered through the DomaCare system, where you can choose the shifts that suit you best. Work is available on weekdays and weekends, as well as in morning and evening shifts. Salary and other terms of employment are determined according to the collective agreement for the private social services sector. Before starting shifts, you will receive appropriate orientation, and support is available during work if needed. An employment relationship is created separately for each agreed and accepted shift. What we expect from you: - An energetic, responsible, and reliable work ethic - Ability to work independently and consider the client's needs - Fluent Finnish language skills - Legal age (18+) - A desire to do customer-oriented and meaningful work - Education in the field or previous experience is not essential – the most important things are the right attitude and a willingness to learn!
