Job Title: Construction Engineer Location: Finland – Data Centre Project (2-Year Contract) Package: Rotation Package Available Rate: Depends on experience The Role Oversee and coordinate day-to-day construction activities across the Data Centre project Monitor project progress to ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and to specification Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams Review drawings, technical documentation, and construction methodologies Support project delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance Identify and resolve construction issues to ensure project milestones are achieved Requirements Proven experience as a Construction Engineer within Data Centers, Mission Critical, Industrial, or large-scale construction projects Strong understanding of construction processes, site operations, and project delivery Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced project environment Excellent communication and problem-solving skills MUST be open to working onsite in Finland MUST be available to work on a freelance/contract basis Previous Data Centre experience is highly desirable

Requirements

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced project environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Open to working onsite in Finland
- Available to work on a freelance/contract basis
