Machine Operator

Machine Operator at Mölnlycke, Mikkeli Factory Site. Responsibilities include operating, monitoring, and adjusting production lines; identifying and resolving production disturbances; changing machine settings between products; performing quality assurance tasks; recording production data in systems; and participating in continuous improvement with the team. Shift work is in 3 shifts. Requirements include experience in a production/manufacturing environment, willingness to work 3 shifts, technical/mechanical understanding of machines and processes, systematic problem-solving ability, teamwork, reliability and safety-conscious work attitude, and good Finnish language skills. Desirable additional skills include experience with machine adjustments or maintenance, process/production/automation engineering knowledge, familiarity with SAP or other production planning systems, and a proactive mindset.
