Service Technician

We are looking for someone who enjoys a mobile customer service role. SERVICE TECHNICIAN in a permanent and full-time position for the Seinäjoki area. At the core of this job is to take care of our customers’ coffee machines and other vending machines, maintaining an excellent customer experience. You will daily visit our customers independently to ensure the delivery of the service package and handle any faults in the best possible way. You also take care of the cleanliness of the coffee and other machines and deliver the customer’s ordered products on site. The work is physically demanding and requires good basic fitness. You will collaborate with warehouse staff, other machine service technicians and account managers to ensure the service package promised to the customer is delivered. We hope you have experience in repairing and maintaining technical machines, including electrical work. You are proactive, able to prioritise and able to work independently and travel occasionally. Experience in customer service and a desire to provide high-quality service. A cheerful service attitude that can withstand a faster-paced day. A desire to learn new things and develop the old. Fluency in spoken and written Finnish. A Class B driving licence is essential to move around smoothly. Electricity safety card is a requirement for the job and it is a plus if you already have it. If not, you can complete it through us. A safety card is also an advantage, though not essential. We also value knowledge of IT and software (e.g. IT/network tech, O365 and other Microsoft environments).
