Reports are written in the LifeCare patient information system of the Päijät-Häme wellbeing services county, and images are viewed via Sectra PACS. The radiologist typically uses their own equipment, though arrangements can be made through Solo Health if necessary. The position is open to specialists in radiology with sufficient experience in the relevant examinations. Candidates must have completed the required radiation protection supplementary training and cannot be employed by the Päijät-Häme wellbeing services county during the contract period. Reports must be produced in Finnish; non-native speakers must prove their proficiency via a government language exam (grade 'good' or higher) or a general language exam (level 4 or 5). Work can be performed as an employee, a professional practitioner, or through one's own company, and can be done remotely within the EU/EEA area.
