We especially value: existing Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, App Builder, Developer, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant); hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, or integrations) and the ability to build robust solutions; broader consulting experience and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders; a people‑oriented attitude, collaboration, and openness; a genuine desire to grow with the Salesforce world.
