We are looking for a SERVICE SUPERVISOR FOR CLEANING TASKS IN OULU for a permanent, part-time position to join our sunny team. At SOL Palvelut, we call our cleaning professionals service supervisors because they play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and an excellent cleaning result. If you enjoy independent work where you can see the results of your own efforts, this role may be for you! Your task will be the maintenance cleaning of an educational institution using manual and machine methods on weekday evenings. Working hours are flexible, making this role an excellent fit for, for example, a student or someone interested in extra work. Work starts as soon as a suitable person is found. We expect from you: - good interaction and customer service skills - ability to work independently and responsibly - sufficient Finnish language skills for customer service situations and ensuring occupational safety The person selected for the position must present a criminal record extract for working with children before starting work. We value a degree in the field and previous experience in the cleaning industry, but the most important things for us are a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new things. We will provide you with comprehensive orientation in your tasks and the use of cleaning machines. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 2.5 hours per shift between 14:00 and 22:00, totaling 12.5 working hours per week.
