Building caretaker

In Finland, more than 150 professionals work in facility maintenance and external area care across various sites from Hanko to Rovaniemi. We are now seeking a building caretaker for Tampere. Employment is permanent and full-time (37.5 hours/week). Start date by agreement. Working hours are generally weekdays 07:00–15:00, with some on-call duties in evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts. As a building caretaker, you will handle maintenance and repair tasks for your assigned properties, conduct daily inspection rounds, report faults or deficiencies, and perform seasonal external area upkeep. We expect you to be on-call as you become familiar with client sites. You will work closely with Coor teams and client staff to ensure smooth communication with building users. What we expect from you? We are looking for someone in our tight-knit team for whom daily facility maintenance is familiar. You have a knack for good customer service, take pride in your skills, and can share them with others. Additionally you need: at least 2–3 years of experience in similar tasks, fluent Finnish, a driving license (B), and advantageous if you have machine operation skills.
