As a practical nurse, you are an important part of our residents' daily lives. In your work with us: - support residents' functional capacity, well-being, and independence - implement individual and high-quality care - participate in medication administration - encourage residents to engage in shared activities, outdoor exercise, and activities - prepare assessments and documentation related to care planning - build a safe, home-like daily life together with the rest of the team. Employment details We are looking for permanent practical nurses; positions are full-time and part-time. You can state in your application what kind of work you are interested in. Start date is by agreement. The work is 3-shift work, and we hope you can regularly do night shifts. Salary In remuneration, we follow the collective agreement for the private social services sector. The base salary for a practical nurse, depending on experience increments, is according to salary class G20C: €2,493.06 - €2,719.93 (starting 1.9.2026). In addition, we pay a unit-specific supplement of €100/month if you have completed medication permits. We also pay a recruitment bonus of €1,000 for the position! What do we hope for from you? - practical nurse degree - valid medication permits, hygiene passport, and vaccination protection according to the Communicable Diseases Act - at least functional basic language skills in Finnish (B1 level) - previous work experience with elderly people is considered an advantage We also ask to see a criminal record extract in accordance with the Criminal Records Act.
