Job Details
Responsibilities
- Lead the unit's child protection work and ensure financial profitability
- Develop and maintain administrative functions and market services for the unit
- Collaborate with the regional service director and other unit leaders
- Participate in building and maintaining partner relationships
- Contribute to regional leadership in child protection services for Uusimaa and Päijät-Häme
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social work or nursing
- Solid experience in out-of-home care in child protection
- At least 2 years of supervisory/leadership training or experience
- Proven ability in financial management, HR and network development
- Good organizational, cooperation and communication skills, and ability to market unit services
