Villa Familia is a child protection unit comprising a shelter, family rehabilitation and a children's home. It houses children and youths aged 0–17 who are under care or long-term placements. The caregiver will provide daily care, nursing, and support for the development of these children and youths, aiming to create a safe and predictable everyday life. Collaboration with relatives and networks is essential. The role includes assuming responsibility for care and upbringing of placed youths and participating in cooperation between parents and networks. The candidate must have a basic degree in social-, health-, or pedagogy-related fields. Good teamwork, knowledge of Swedish and Finnish, and an interest in developing the operation are required.
