Assistant Worker

Tavana is seeking an ASSISTANT WORKER for a permanent full-time employment contract in their new unit in Lahti. The work is full-time and takes place in two shifts. We hope you can start in September-October. Tavana's first community living unit for seniors is being built in the Hennala area of Lahti and is scheduled to open in autumn 2026. As an assistant worker, your job description includes taking care of the cleanliness of the unit's common areas and assistant tasks in client situations, where you act as an aid to our instructors. You will receive comprehensive orientation, nice colleagues, and the support of the whole team. We are looking for an energetic expert with work experience in assistant tasks in a residential service unit. The salary class for the position is G18B, based on your years of experience, the basic salary is: €2,278.80-2,510.83/month.
