Good news from Lapua! We are seeking a TEACHER FOR LINGUISTIC SUPPORT for the Education, Training and Leisure sector to develop Finnish as a second language and literature teaching, as well as language-aware teaching at the Comprehensive School and Upper Secondary School. We expect you to have the qualifications of a basic education teacher, experience in teaching students with immigrant backgrounds, a developmental approach to work, initiative, and good interaction skills. The eligibility requirements for the position are determined in accordance with the Decree on the Qualifications of Teaching Staff (986/1998). A probationary period of two (2) months applies to the filling of the position. Within 30 days of receiving the selection decision, the selected person must present a criminal record extract in accordance with the Act on the Checking of the Criminal Background of Persons Working with Children (504/2002) and a satisfactory medical certificate. Without the required documents, the selection will lapse.
