The Wellbeing Services County of Vantaa and Kerava is seeking a Leading Social Worker to lead a team of 11 professionals. The role involves managing services for family mediation, condition investigations, meeting point activities, and social guidance after divorce. As the unit head, you are responsible for the direct management of staff and ensuring that services provided to clients operate optimally. You will provide situational information to upper management and lead the unit's activities in accordance with the sector's operational plan and the wellbeing area's strategy. The role requires close cooperation within the service area and with other stakeholders. You will innovatively develop the unit's work together with your staff. The position is part of a multidisciplinary management group within the psychosocial services for families with children.

Requirements
- Qualification as a social worker (Act 817/2015 7§)
- Previous experience in leadership roles within social services for families with children
- Good written and oral skills in Finnish
- Satisfactory written and oral skills in Swedish
