HERO WORKERS Oy is seeking a skilled renovation worker for a permanent, full-time position. We are looking for a versatile and proactive professional to work mainly on apartment renovations in the Helsinki metropolitan area. The work is practical and varied. The candidate should be able to participate in different stages of renovation and work independently to achieve a high-quality final result. Typical duties include: demolition work; construction and renovation tasks; plastering and finishing; painting; floor installation; trim work; furniture installation; kitchen installation; site protection and cleanliness; receiving and carrying materials; other renovation-related construction tasks. Work sites vary, so we especially value broad renovation experience and the ability to move smoothly from one stage to another. What we expect from you: previous experience in construction or renovation work and the ability to perform tasks independently and professionally. We value: diverse apartment renovation experience; good workmanship and accuracy; initiative; reliability and responsible work attitude; ability to solve practical on-site situations; maintaining site cleanliness and safety; experience with kitchen and furniture installations; valid safety training card. We offer: a permanent, full-time contract in a growing renovation company. Salary: 3100 €/month; Working hours: 40 h/week, 8 h/day; Employment: permanent; Start date: 1.9.2026; Work area: mainly the Helsinki region and, if needed, other company sites.
