This is a unique opportunity to shape how AFRY attracts, engages and hires top talent across international markets while building a world-class recruitment organization that enables our long-term business strategy. As Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for the overall direction, performance and development of AFRY’s global Talent Acquisition organization. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will lead global teams and partners to ensure high-quality delivery, operational excellence and strong alignment with business needs. You will play a critical role in strengthening AFRY’s position as an employer of choice, while driving a modern, data-driven and scalable Talent Acquisition agenda globally. Define and implement AFRY’s global Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives and the People & Culture agenda. Lead and develop a global Talent Acquisition organization consisting of professionals and leaders across multiple markets. Drive operational excellence through standardized processes, scalable delivery models and smart use of recruitment technology. Elevate the candidate’s experience and strengthen AFRY’s employer brand in close collaboration with the Employer Branding Lead. Act as a trusted strategic advisor to executive leadership on workforce planning, talent market insights and future capability needs. Build strong governance, compliance and risk management frameworks across all Talent Acquisition activities. Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision making, KPIs and performance management. Strengthen internal mobility and capability building to increase workforce agility and reduce dependency on external hiring. Lead diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives through inclusive hiring practices and diverse talent pipelines. Own the global Talent Acquisition budget and ensure strong ROI and cost efficiency.
