Would you like to work in a diverse role within production development? We are seeking a development engineer to implement development ideas and introduce machine investments while strengthening the future production of plate heat exchangers. In this role you will work as part of the heat exchanger production team, responsible for brazed plate heat exchangers. Our products are used in air, water and ground-source heat pumps and other HVAC equipment. Plate heat exchangers form their own product area in our company. Key responsibilities include: improving production processes; procuring and commissioning new equipment into serial production in collaboration with stakeholders; implementing manufacturing execution for investments and introducing new operating methods; industrializing new products and developing production methods as needed; optimizing the use of machines and equipment.

Requirements
- Engineering or technical degree (e.g., engineer or DI) or equivalent work experience
- Strong experience in a similar manufacturing role
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Problem-solving skills and initiative
- Understanding of compliance and documentation importance
- Proficiency in office systems
- Automation and robotics understanding is an advantage
- Fluent Finnish and English; Swedish is an advantage
