Technical Sales Representative

We are seeking a skilled and customer‑friendly tire salesperson to join our team. BestDrive is a Continental international tire and car maintenance chain. BestDrive Tampere point is managed by Paras Ajo Oy. In this role you will work in a versatile position combining sales, customer service and, when needed, practical tire work. What the role includes: - Sales and customer service – selling tires and related products and services to customers, assessing needs and providing expert guidance - Tire mounting when needed – participate in hall work, especially during peak seasons when demand is high (seasonal tire changes) - Supervising hall work during peak season – ensure smooth workflow and adherence to schedules - Managing orders and systems – responsible for ordering products and using sales and inventory software - Booking and customer encounters – ensure a smooth end‑to‑end customer journey What we expect from you: - Prior experience in tires or automotive sector (sales and/or mounting) - Customer service mindset and good interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and take responsibility even in busy seasonal situations - Proficiency with computers and various sales/order systems - Positive attitude and willingness to develop as part of the team - Advantageous: sector training or work experience and a B‑license What we offer: - Permanent employment in a well‑known and growing company - A versatile role combining sales and practical skills - Supportive and skilled work community - Opportunity to continuously develop your expertise in a changing field Interested?
