Experienced Consultant - Accounting & Financial Reporting

The role is in Deloitte Sweden’s Audit & Assurance division, focusing on Accounting and Financial Reporting (AFR) with emphasis on IFRS, IPO-readiness, and transaction accounting advisory. You will support clients through IFRS implementation, IPO processes, and due diligence activities, while advising on financial reporting impacts, mergers, and cross-border transactions. You will join a team described as one of Sweden’s most experienced and successful IFRS and IPO-services groups, working with both large, listed clients and entrepreneurial, fast-growing companies. Responsibilities include IFRS conversion work, IPO/readiness teams, technical accounting issues, and more.Qualifications include a completed academic degree in business administration or related field; 1–3 years’ experience in external financial reporting; strong interest in financial reporting, IFRS, and IPO-related regulations; English proficiency, Swedish language meritorious; and a collaborative mindset.
