HVAC Design Project Manager

We are looking for an HVAC design project manager Location: Helsinki (Käpylä) + flexible remote work Employment: Permanent, full-time If you can get air moving, water flowing and the design team smiling—and keep quality and schedules on track—come build projects with us that exceed expectations and go beyond the ordinary. What you will do As project manager, you will lead HVAC design projects from idea to implementation, from bids to construction-site support. You are responsible for the whole project (quality, schedule and costs) and ensure that plans work both on paper and on site. Your day includes, among other things: - Guiding the design and leading the project team. - Cooperation with clients and stakeholders, including meetings. - Ensuring regulatory and authority matters, quality and risk management. - Construction-site support: detailed solutions and commissioning guidance. - Participating in bidding and developing our services. - Opportunities to act as project manager for all building-services disciplines in large projects. We carry out building-services design for projects ranging from small repairs and alterations to extensive renovations and new-build projects—efficiently, safely and with users in mind. What we hope for from you - The right attitude and a genuine desire to create successful outcomes, both in client projects and in developing expertise internally. - Suitable education for the role (BEng, MEng or MSc in Engineering). - Strong experience in HVAC design and managing design projects (5+ years). - Ability to lead a project team independently and constructively. - Fluent Finnish; Swedish and English are considered an advantage. - Familiarity with standard design tools (e.g. MagiCAD, Revit/AutoCAD, IDA ICE). - A customer-focused approach: you can listen, prioritise and get things done. A plus: - PV qualifications. - Specialist expertise, for example in heat pumps and/or energy-recovery projects.
